Not a lot of ink life. They are rather expensive for no more copies than you can make. They are easy to change and it's a good thing because if you print often you will change ink often. This is a great product if you don't print a lot. For heavy printing you might invest in another brand of printer that is more cost effective with ink.

after trying cheap after market replacements, I found that original cartridges are best, and always work. Will not go back to other replacements.

I have a large family, and love photos. I never thought I'd stop using my 35mm film camera, but with my digital camera and my Lexmark printer I can have pictures immediately, the size I want and as many copies of each. I can crop, lighten, darken, enlarge, etc.
Staples gives me great deals.
