I am a student and a parent. We bought this for the real pricing of the ink. So far the printer is holding it's end for being wonderful! It prints quickly,and efficiantly. We have only had it for a few weeks and haven't had to replace the cartridge yet. I LOVE the wireless, and that it prints vertually noise free.

I use my printer for assisted school services. The price is great. It is easy to replace, but they don't last for 500 pgs as claimed. I am averaging approx 300-350 on copier paper and maybe 350 on multipurpose paper. However, it is still the best buy for my usage.

Package info needs to be revised. It stated that it would fit the printer, Pro 200. The printer rejected the cartridge. False advertisement!

  No, it only works with the Pro805 and Pro905 and/or maybe newer Lexmark printers. It is well worth the cost of upgrading to a new printer if you print a lot of documents in black only. At less than $5 a cartridge, with high yield, you will save enough to pay for the initial cost of the printer in no time! I did :)

the 100XL costs 5 times as much but in an answer to a question about that ink, it states the same yield (510 pages). Which is correct? Does the 105XL have the highest yield, or the 105XL? Or are these interchangeable?
