I have never felt that I get a "lot of miles" out of this product. With my newest purchase, I am facing a new problem: Apparently, the cartridges
are "short circuiting". I just bought this product a few days ago and I have been having printing difficulties ever since. I received an error message that the cartridges are short circuiting. I no longer have my receipt and would like to know what I can do about this. The purchase was made with my debit card. So, maybe that will be a help. I am very frustrated because I have important documents that I need printed and I cannot get them to print clearly!

Nearly $40.00 for a measely 10ml of ink is outrageous!!! Even though the printing is of a nice quality, it can be had for much less in other brands. If you must buy these cartridges, shop around. Hint: [...] lowest but all are way too high.
