I've never used a toner cartridge that was better than this. I will never go back to any other cartridge. I'm so happy you asked me to rate this cartridge, as I don't have a choice of cartridge to use and it wouldn't matter if this was the worst cartridge in the world. I'm happy to sing its praises.

Caused irrepairable damage to printer

This was the 2nd cartridge was had purchased on their return program - the first cartridge regularly stopped working and then the last cartridge had a cog that came off and managed to get into the workings of the printer damaging the printer upon getting caught between other cogs.

The cost of the repair far outweighs the cost of replacing the printer.

Maybe these toner cartridges should only be reused a limited number of times?
