I am a Sales Trainer so I use the product to print training materials, reports and financial information to share with my team. It is easy to use but you do have to scan a document once you insert the cartridge before you can print. Then if you have a job you are doing, you have to start over. That is time consuming but there is no getting around it. The look is great and the cost is average.

I use this product for everyday use. Class projects, internet research, scanning etc.

I am disapointed in the poor cartridge life and the fact that it is only compatible to certain Lexmark printers, I believe it should have a more universal appeal so that any Lexmark cartridge should be able to be used.

It is expensive and the reason why I am a heavy duty user is because I am always running out of ink. I do believe (running out) is by design. After all it makes money for the company.

[...] And the ink is only sold at one store or online. Either way the ink goes to fast for the [$] for black and [$] for color. I dont pay the money for the color anymore cause it runs out. I am looking for another printer as we speak.

MY PRIMARY USE IS FOR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS, 80% BLACK AND WHITE. BUT THE QUALITY IS CERTAINLY GOOD ENOUGH FOR ALL PROFESSIONAL WORK. THE CARTRIDGE LIFE IS THE ONLY ISSUE.
