The price was great, got home and found its a much older machine - that's why the great price. I LOVE THE MACHINE. The ink is easy to find and replace and I have no complaints.

          I feel that the ink cartridge is too expensive only because of the short life span. I have alot of forms and e-mails that require copying. It seems to be that the cartridge will get low of ink much quicker than they did before. I also can not image how much money I would have to spend if I were a heavy duty user. I use my computer for personal use as well as business use,and since I recenty retired from my regular position, I will be spending more time on my computer as I try to get my small business promoted. It would help so much if the ink would last longer. I'm not making much money YET.

              Why is the 36/37 cartridges non-refillable? With so many people out of work or taking pay cuts today it would seem Lexmark would find a way of making it more economical to use their product. Spending $25/30 for a cartridge to only get 175 pages is rather expensive in this economy.
