I like the product

I use the product for printing and copying documents I need a hard copy for further review, It is mostly personal but will include communications from organizations to Which I belong and may include documents from vendors or professional links that I enter. I am very pleased with the ease and cleanliness of installing the cartridges. I am also pleased with the quality of th ink, no smudges or fading and I have been using this new to me product for over six months.

I wish I had my HP printer back!

I'm a teacher who prints tests and worksheets at home, then copies them at school. By the time the cartridge is half empty, the quality of the print begins to decline. Ink distribution is uneven and inconsistent, sometimes too thick, others too thin. I've tried the cleaning and alignment function on the printer, but it doesn't help. I contacted Lexmark and they sent me a procedure to use to improve print quality, which it did, but I've already had three cartridges with this problem. If my printer wasn't only a year old, I'd buy a new one so I wouldn't have to deal with these cartridges anymore.
