Cartridge failure

One Cartridge did fine. The second is a flop. My X6675 keeps asking me for an alignment and pull the tape off the cartridge. There's no[*] tape on the cartridge.

These are saving me a ton of money, and they're certainly just as good as the normal Lexmark 36 cartridges, which are great! I sell goods printed with this ink, and I am constantly getting compliments on the print quality!
