very disappointed in this replacement.

HAVE previously ordered 44xl black print cartride,also should have had the 43xl color cartridge NOT 41xl nor 42xl. It makes sense that if I get 44xl black print cartridge, I should have the mate which is 43xl color cartridge. THE COMPLETE set. Past previous order was LEXMARK 43/44 COMBO pack/ 18Y0372 priced at [$] shipped from warehouse. The above mentioned recent order was purchased in a local Staples store so that I could get ink cartridge credits on cartridges I recently purchased. I am truly disappointed that returning old cartridges, and purchasing replacement cartridges has not helped me as the replacement color cartridge has completely run out and the Lexmark 42 black return cartridge I do not need when I already have the Lexmark 44 Black cartidge. What do I need to do? I need to purchase the proper longer lasting 43/44 set a.s.a.p. [...]
