This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a printer. I wasn't just slow, it was slower than molasses. Applying updates did not help. Duplex printing and manual feed were both unreliable. Paper over 60lb printed poorly and was crinkled. Envelopes were impossible. The waste toner bottle would fill up frequently and printing would come to a halt. I have a macbook and was unable to get wireless to work. The only good thing was beautiful printing when I could get it to print.
