This is not the printer for you if it is used a lot. The toners cost around $100.00 each and the life of them are not very long. Do not recommend if you have to print a lot. If I had know this I would have spent more money for another printer that has longer toner life.

You can't beat the Lexmark at 22 pages per minute B&W... Now, if we could just figure out why it has to be rebooted every so often to re-align its network address!

  It's a more technical word for what's typically called the "drum". It's the part that reacts to the laser pattern and imprints the paper with toner. The return program has prepaid postage to mail the drunk back to Lexmark. You can save the box or use one that you provide.
