This is the worst printer I've ever used or owned. Bought 2 printers in Sept 2012, right b4 Lexmark got out of printer biz.
Printer failed today with software service error 181.257. Rebooted once w/same error. Now stuck in middle of powering back up.
Paper size: Thought we'd be able to use ADF for legal-size paper and paper tray for letter-size. ADF only works for scan/copy/fax (I don't use for fax). Have to manually change paper size on printer touchscreen every time we want to print on legal paper, and have to unload, re-load paper every time I change paper size.
Set Up: I'm not a tech but I'm gen. competent w/setups of all kinds. This printer was a pain to set up, esp for wireless.
Tech Support: Tried to reach tech support multiple times re set up. First guy gave me a competitors's customer service # to call! Most of the time, waited forever then got disconnected w/o talking to anyone. Emailed tech support w/dif problem. Got auto acknowledgement and no further response.
Worst printer ever owned. Waste of time and $$.
