I talked to Lexmark 4 or 5 times to try to solve the problem I have with getting Smartsolutions to operate at ALL, to no avail. My REFERANCE # is 1-8175232060. I was actually very impressed at the service that I received from your support staff, they really did go to great lengths to TRY to rectifie the situation, even going so far as to scedule call back follow ups at times that were convienent to me, I am really starting to think AND so is your support staff that there is some sort of inherent defect with the machine itself, I/ we were STILL not able to get SMART solution to work at all. This is the second Lexmark that I have I also have one at my Jewelry store, which I am VERY pleased with, it works great, the ink cartridges last a long time, they are relatively inexspensive to replace and very easy/ user friendly to replace when needed. I am just a little upset that we can't get the smart solutions to work at all on this machine. But again let me stress that youer technical support team is top notch in my book, keep up the good work. Keep working on finding a solution to my problem, thank you, Kenneth J. Donka President D.F.S. Inc, and owner of Park Jewelers LLC.

First I researched printers online and in stores. Then I researched prices. My local Staples beat all the quotes. First time I've used duplex printing and it's great. Saves paper & money. I print using "Draft" quality (black ink) and it is far superior to my last HP ink jet all in one.

I was hesitant to buy a Lexmark because I was replacing an older model. The ink had become so expensive. I saw a display at [@] by Lexmark saying that this new printer had the cheapest printing costs. I also liked the separate ink cartridges. Staples had it on sale and had a $50 trade in for my old printer so it was really a win-win and I love it.
