I had another Lexmark. It was easy to use,so I bought another one especially scanning which is the downfall of all other brands. I love this Pro-205. I sell antique motorcycle parts so I scan & e-mail a picture of the part or the part itself to a potential buyer so there is no wonderment for the buyer. Planning on printing wirelessly? NOT!

I bought this printer as my next step in my computer evolution. I am getting rid of the home office and have invested in laptops and going completely wireless.

I bought this printer as my next step in my computer evolution. I am getting rid of the home office and have invested in laptops and going completely wireless.

This printer was junk wirelessly. I had to reboot it every time I wanted to print. I discovered the problem to be the power saver mode, I problem solved every solution and nothing worked. I returned it in 9 days and went with an Epson.

I would not buy Lexmark again for any wireless printing needs. I thought the solution would be to disable the power saver mode; you can't! You have to have power saving!

Bad Lexmark bad!

I needed an inexpensive printer and this seemed to fit the bill. I was skeptical at first but willing to keep an open mind. I was thoroughly surprised at how well the printer works. (Now I'm wondering why I struggled with my old printer that DIDN'T work for so long!)

Purchased this printer for business use. Faxing, printing and occasional scanning. The good is the price. I set this up to an iMac wirelessly with no problems. Works everytime without having to unplug like others have mentioned. The bad is the document feeder. Sometimes leaves the last page. Lexmark mailed another one out and so far so good. It comes with a five year warranty at no extra cost, so for the price I think its worth it overall.

I've had three prnters so far, an HP which was OK, an Epson, I'll never have another, and now the P205 Lexmark. To date it is outstanding in performing all functions advertised and Im extremely happy I made this choice.

I use wireless internet and the system seems slow to respond as well as have the No Connection come up all the time eventhough the green light is on showing there is connection. very annoying.

The printer is great for school projects which is what we have used the printer for, so far. Seems to be just fine. We haven't used up the ink that came with the printer so can't rate that yet.

  Yes, the maximum size paper is 8.5" x 14", anything smaller will work. A6 margins would have to be set in the page set up of the document window.
