      I love these chocolates and was so excited to see that Staples carried them. I have ordered three boxes. One was fine, the next two were all melty and wrecked even though they were packed with an ice pack. Staples replaced the first melted one so I ordered again and the next one was no good either. Sadly, I cannot order these again.

            Chocolate candy was delivered in a box which contained a plastic bag full of ice. They were probably attempting to keep the chocolate from melting. However the ice was partially thawed and the plastic bag was not tied securely, so there was water throughout the box. The Lindt truffle box was soaked and the cardboard was falling apart. The foil candy wrappers also felt wet. We had to dry the wrappers. First time we ordered the chocolate rather than buy from [@]. Won't buy again.
