BE CAREFUL: It doesn't charge all pens

    Comments about Livescribe™ Pro Charging Cradle:

    Had to return the pen. It did not accommodate the pen that was on the display at Staples, even though it was situated right next to it. It fits a different Livescribe pen.

    I'll assume that it works fine, and I should have read the label more carefully. However, in the spirit of the recently passed federal law regarding commonality of charging devices, shame on Livescribe for having a different device to charge two of their own pens. One of the things I love about my Apple devices is that the ipod, ipad, iphone all use the same cable and charging process. So simple. So easy.

      Staples needs to make it very clear that this charger does not work with the Echo Model of the Smart Pen. I purchased it by mistake because I have the Echo Smart Pen but the description was not clear enough that it only workd with the Pulse Model of the Smart Pen. I now need to return the item.
