The camera and sound is very clear, easy to use, and very reliable. Software for this product is very buggy. Computer started locking up/freezing after software installation. The [$] I spent on this does not equate to the vast number of hours I have spent trying to get this to work properly.I have never had good experiences with any logitec hardware/software from the beginning of my computer days, i.e., joystick & mice many years ago, then a faulty keyboard, now the webcam. I'm a believer now - you get what you pay for.

    I bought this unit to use with my desktop computer primarily to attend meetings remotely. It was easy to set up and provides a clear sharp picture.
    The documentation could be improved when it comes to making adjustments. The camera has a good zoom capability; however, so far I can only make those adjustments in the Logictech software.

      This is really a good quality webcam. I was able to see my daughter-in-law very clearly even though she had only very low lighting on in the background. I recommend this Logitech model C310 to anyone looking for value without paying a high price. I am notifying all my friends that I would like to Skype them using the webcam. It is so nice to be able to see the faces of the people that you are talking to.
