Wish I could return it

I am disappointed with this product as I have purchased Logitech webcams before. The built-in microphone was not working so my chat buddy could not hear me. I had to pull the USB connection ...Read complete review

I am disappointed with this product as I have purchased Logitech webcams before. The built-in microphone was not working so my chat buddy could not hear me. I had to pull the USB connection at one point because there was no video. But when it did work the video was very clear, sort of high-quality except for the built-in microphone.

                  Does the speaker work with my phone and go through a speaker? I have a wireless headset, can it be connected to the headset rather than a speaker?

                    A:

                    This product cannot be connected to your phone. The microphone is built into this webcam, you would not be able to connect a headset directly into this product.

                  • A:

                    The basic method would be to plug in a wired headset/microphone to your computer. If your wireless headset is a Blue-tooth type then you may be able to use it if your computer has a Blue-tooth adapter attached to it. Also, you would need to select the Blue-tooth microphone instead of the webcam's built-in microphone when making a video call. The webcam's built-in microphone is so good you can speak softly or loudly and still get good results.
