    My laptop recently crashed as a result of overheating. Thankfully it was restored but it nearly happened again just a week later. I called my tech and he recommended a cooling pad. As I researched, there were so many options. I am VERY pleased with this product. It really does keep the laptop cool. Before using it I always noticed the heat generated on the bottom of the computer and my fan was constantly running - no more. I worried about the noise level of the cooling pad but I honestly do not hear it at all. I even purchased one for my assistant and she likes hers too. I was also concerned that it would slip around on my desk top due to the padding on the bottom but it stays put just fine. I've only used this for about a month but so far I am very happy with my selection.

    Looked like a repackaged item. Had to get a new one from Logitech. Should have gone right to Logitech to start. This is the third hardware or software in a row I have had problems with at Staples. My company is considering switching suppliers. No help in the store.

              I had another brand that did not work well. If literally died on me and tried to contact the manufacture as it was still under warrenty with no answer. I tried several times and gave up. I am hoping this product will work for me and hoping this being american made it will be easier to contact the manufacture if need be
