        The build quality is excellent on this headset, probably one of the best in this price range. Unfortunately the software is poorly written and cause major sound issues in some setups. It never worked on my computer but it works just fine on my roommates computer. It might be interference from another device or something wrong with the software but I can't game with it at all. Constant popping, audio channels mixing or crossing over and the logitech gaming software is prone to crashes.

              I got this headset after my last one broke after years of use. Right away I noticed the quality of the unit looks like one that will hold up to a lot of use and it looks slick with the red trim and lettering on the black headset. The audio had me a bit worried since it is only two speakers using a virtual 7.1 sound but after trying a few games and movies I found that the sound was way better than I expected though a bit bass heavy for music.

              Overall I am impressed and don't really notice them when they are on for an extended amount of time and I am sure people around me like the fact I can crank up the sound without bugging them. Though my girlfriend has got annoyed I can't hear her when they are on.
