Good product

I use this product for webinars and online conference meetings. The headphones were not recognized when I initially plugged them into a USB port but after removing them and trying a different port it worked and I could use them immediately. Reception was clear and I find them easy to use. Although I bought them primarily for business purposes I have used them to listen to classical CDs on my computer.
