    Picked up this webcam to have a way to take pictures directly to the computer without having to use my built in isight. We used it to set up a "photo booth" during a convention and it worked well. The picture is way better than built in isight and was very easy to use. Also worked with most of the software I already had and what it didn't work with the cam came with.

    The webcam was easy to use. I simply had to plug it into the USB. The picture was sharp and clear. There was no breaking up of the video. The audio is not great, very tinny. I ended up shutting off the sound from Skype and using the video capabilities with my cell phone.

            I am very pleased with this webcam. It is very clear (1080p) and I am able to host up to 4 videochats simultaneously. I can share the desktop of another friend and see it very clearly. I don't think I needed the software that came with it since it plugs into my Mac's USB 2.0 and works with iChat/Messages right away. My only complaint is that it doesn't sit easily on my Apple Cinema Display like my iSight camera did (it had a magnet on the bottom). I put this camera on my Mac Pro so it is at a slight angle, but it works fine, so I will keep it.

                    This is a web cam that hooks up to PC or Mac computers, not to a TV. If you're using your TV as your monitor than the web cam plugs into your tower, not your TV and should be recognized there and work on the TV.
