    Picked up this webcam to have a way to take pictures directly to the computer without having to use my built in isight. We used it to set up a "photo booth" during a convention and it worked well. The picture is way better than built in isight and was very easy to use. Also worked with most of the software I already had and what it didn't work with the cam came with.

    This web cam has very good quality video, both close up and at a distance, the audio is great for video messaging. I sometimes record quick small guitar video clips, and the audio seems to have an effect added to it that is a little unpleasant in my application, so I decided to use an external microphone instead of the microphone built into the camera. Overall a good value.

            This is a web cam that hooks up to PC or Mac computers, not to a TV. If you're using your TV as your monitor than the web cam plugs into your tower, not your TV and should be recognized there and work on the TV.
