This is not something I expected from Logitech. Very poor sound quality. You will die to get sound out of it.
Not able to listen from 30feet. No bass at all. The woofer is almost useless.
The wired remote has also another wire which is for a regular connection to your PC or laptop. Which means you have to carry 2 cables with the remote.
I don't know how to write real bad review. but I would never forgive myself for buying this perticular speaker system.
If you are a real song/music listner & love your music I mean good quality music then pay more & buy something else.

I originally went into the store to look for a deal on another laptop speaker product but they had ran out already. So, disappointed, I looked for another and this one caught my eye. I was originally put off by the price. However, the 2.1 speaker system set up I was looking for was only available at this particular price point. Anything lower was way too low end and only had 2.0 set up. The higher end of the price spectrum yielded way too much system for its intended use (some music and movie viewing on the laptop/desktop combo). And so with some reluctance I picked this up knowing that Logitech had a pretty descent quality, judging from owner reviews. And so far (after some light use), it hasn't disappointed... though it hasn't blown me away either.

The speakers have great quality for the low price tag. It sounds great even at low levels. The controls on the wired remote make it easy to quickly change the volume. The headphone jack on the remote allows me to use that instead of trying to plug directly into my desktop (which is a stretch).

How long is the cable connecting the two speakers. I have an L shaped desk and I'd like to place these on either end of my desk, they will be about 80 inches apart with the sub-woofer in the middle, does this system have cables that long?
