I love the headset. I use it often for web conference calls and online classroom sessions. I have no complaints at all. I debated over corded vs. cordless. I'm glad I chose the cord. It has crystal-clear audio, the cord is no issue because I'm always sitting at my desk, and the price was much less! I have recommended this to friends who eventually purchased. They also enjoy.

good while it lasts

I've gone through three of these in one year. On the first one, the USB connection came apart when I tripped over it. On the second, the microphone stopped working for reasons unknown. I got a third one because I couldn't find anything else with the particular combination of features that were important to me. I use a headset a lot, and I am not gentle with them.
