Does the job. Happy with purchase!!!

I looked at a lot of headsets when shopping for one. This one stood out because of the bluetooth feature: wireless and able to connect multiple devices to headset. I connect iphone, laptop and desktop (not at same time). Works good! I use it mainly for phone calls. Sound and mic is good; people don't realize I'm on a headset. Also, play music on it when working or walking around the house. Battery life is good. The only thing I don't like is that the headset feels a bit tight after I use it for a long time but it's not really a deal breaker. Pros outwiegh the con. Good Buy...I'm pleased with it

I've bought the h800 Wireless Headset for purpose to use it in my entire apartment, but unfortunately
it was not as I expected, headset roam much less than(40 ft.) or 12m as they published it, is good enough
only in one room roam, further you can't hear anything, for that's why I didn't like it. and I do not recommend this product to a friend.

I use Windows, Skype, GotoMeeting and Lync. I find that (especially if connected by bluetooth), Windows gets confused what speaker to use and the sound gets garbled. I need to reset the speakers to the headset every 10 minutes or so to clear up the sound. This may be a windows wireless problem, or the H800 drivers. Very annoying, though there are benefits to being wireless.

These headphones are very easy to pair with my PCs and iPhone, and work excellently as a headset for 2-way communication. The voice quality and volume are nice, as are the controls. The mute button has a tone that indicates whether you're coming on or off mute, which is a must for conference calls. They're comfortable, and fold up for easy storage. Range is good.

Audio quality is ok, but not a lot of bass given the size of the earphones - I expected a bit more. Sound quality otherwise is good for average listeners. Not for audiophiles, these are much better suited for voice than music.

I would buy it again, but the on/off switch is to delicate. How can I say it. The bump on the switch needs to be more pronounced. I have to take it off of my head to adj. it
Not sure what the problem is but sometimes it starts buffering and I have to pull the thum dr. and replace it before it will start again.

it's two great items in 1 perfect little package. I can go from using it on my computer skyping family and friends as a set of headphones with mic. Then a flip of the switch and I'm now taking a call and using it as my bluetooth headpiece
