I first discovered that Logitech made a solar keyboard many months ago, and at the time, the company did not yet make one for Macs. I intended to buy one as soon as they became available, but in the ensuing time, life happened and I got destracted.

Recently, the keyboard I had been using, which was a standard Apple keyboard, began having issues with both the space bar and the right-hand shift key not working properly, so I started digging online and discovered that Logitech did now offer a solar keyboard specifically for Macs.

I didn't want to wait to order one online and have it delivered, so I called and found that the Staples near me had a few of these keyboards in stock. When I got there, there was one left, so I grabbed it up and brought it home. I have been delighted in the week that I've been using it. It worked right out of the box (no need to wait for it to gain power) and I was able to sync it with my wireless Logitech mouse so I only have to use one USB port for both devices. The keys require only a soft touch and are so much quieter than the keys on my old Apple keyboard. I think I've picked up my typing speed considerably with this keyboard, which is important, since I am a writer/editor and use my keyboard all day long, every day.

I am one happy camper and would gladly recommend this keyboard to anyone. In fact, I already did recommend it to a friend who said she was looking for a new keyboard. She, too, had seen that Logitech makes a solar keyboard (she is not a Mac person) but was unsure whether to buy one. I told her that my experience has been 100 percent positive so far.

I also love that this keyboard has the full number pad, since I use that feature constantly.

It seems very sturdy, is remarkably thin (particularly in comparison with my old keyboard) and I won't have all of that disgusting stuff accumulating in the tray underneath the keyboard that you just can't clean out, even with the spray air. And no batteries to worry with!

What's not to love?!??

I keep my office relatively dark and was concerned about the 'solar powered' feature. But this has not been an issue.

I love the construction of this keyboard and it feels like any Mac keyboard out there. The buttons are very well integrated for Mac functions. I love how it uses photovoltaics to power the keyboard; I will never have to worry about charging it since my desk gets plenty of sunlight.

I have a Logitech Performance MX mouse and so I have the mouse as well as the keyboard linking up to the same unifying USB receiver-very convenient.

The only only downside I could come up with would have to be that there's no light that turns on if you enable Caps Lock. I don't use Caps lock so I disabled the option through the Mac preferences.

Overall, this is a really great purchase and I'm very happy with this product!

This is a very nice keyboard. I am using it with a Macbook Pro. I do wish that it was a bit narrower and maybe had some smart keys. I also wish that Logitech, who make great products, would have a Mac-friendly ergonomic choice available at Staples. A Bluetooth option would have given this keyboard 5-stars. I like that the buttons on this keyboard are contoured. There is also an option to have the keyboard backlit, a nice feature for usage during evening hours. Overall, a great choice!

I've replaced my original wired Mac keyboard that came with my Mac Pro with this Logitech K750-Mac and overall I'm very satisfied. The main reason I wanted to replace the original Mac keyboard was because of its sharp edge that caused me pain on my wrist. I was looking for a better keyboard that has the same layout of the original Mac keyboard, and this K750-Mac was the perfect choice. The K750 has a nice round edge and the kick stand raises the keyboard to an optimal height providing a good typing experience. I also love the solar cells. The keyboard is always exposed to great amount of light thanks to my 30 inch monitor! Finally, the build quality is great. Strongly recommended.

This is definately the best keyboard that I've had for use with my Mac computers in 18+ years. I use both Mac & PC computers.
