I got this cart mainly for transporting my large laundry hamper and 33 gal garbage bags to/from the laundry room & dumpsters to my apartment in my apartment building. I can't carry or lift heavy objects due to back issues, so I really needed something sturdy that could handle 3-4 loads of laundry & large bundles of garbage. I was actually surprised that these "dollies" existed anymore because most suitcases come with wheels these days, so I was quite pleased to find them available in Staples. The handle is nice and tall, so it makes it easy to hang onto, and it easily handles the size & weight of my hamper. However, the only thing I'd modify is the strap. It's sorta loose/stretchy, and doesn't really have an anchor point to hold in place securely (It's designed to go underneath, then up and over the suitcases, then wrap around the handle a few times.) Since it doesn't secure the sides of whatever you're carting either, my hamper had a tendancy to fall off a few times, so I'm going to have to buy some strong bungie cords to hold it in place. Would be nice if the wheels were a little quieter, BUT,... all can be remedied easily, and overall, I'm pretty pleased with it.

I had to change the strap right away because my box and container fell right off the side. It works great now. The wheels are really noisy. It's kind of embarrassing.

It seemed OK until I used it...it is so noisy. I cannot use something that loud at work. My old one didn't make much noise at all.

I purchased this luggage cart for the express purpose of wheeling my toddler, still strapped in to his carseat (Britax-Marathon), through the airport and onto the airplane. It worked! I had to supplement the strap that comes on the luggage cart with another, stronger, adjustable bungee strap to ensure little slippage but was pleasantly surprised at how this made travel a little easier. My husband and I were traveling with our toddler (21 months) and our infant 2 months. This meant we had a lot of luggage and chidrens' items to cart along. I would recommend this product in the place of the like items marketed for the use of carseat buggy (They retail for upwards of 90.00).
