    I went into Staples with another Kindle cover in mind. When I compared all of the covers, this one was the only classy looking cover that also zipped all the way around the Kindle. Since I planned to carry the Kindle in my purse or bag, I didn't want dirt to get between the cover and the screen and scratch it up. This cover holds my Kindle in place, has a "book" feel to it (since it opens fully), and keeps my Kindle clean and scratch-free. I love it.

              I like the case but the only thing I found odd about it was the way it would not stand up or have like a kickstand so your Kindle would stand up when you laid it down on a desk or table. Other than that I was satisfied.
