I chose the Arc System so I could insert different sized note sheets into one binder as well as a monthly calendar filler, task tabs and poly pockets. I do plan to buy the Arc hole punch to make this even more flexible.

The only drawback I can see is that since the rings are solid rather than an open spiral, I haven't come up with a good way to keep a pen in the notebook, but I'm working on it...
