        Maybe for personal use it is ok, but I was buying this as a gift for our boss. When I started to put it together I saw the openings for the pages were weak and flimsy. If you are using it on a daily basis , I am sure with time the pages would fall out. The cutouts for the pages need to be alot bigger and sturdier. I will go back and try to find a better one to give as a gift.

          I was looking for a custom solution I could use to track multiple projects in one binder that was lightweight and easy to carry. I found this system fit my needs! I added the black divider pages to create individual sections for each project and can add pages as the project progresses. I use the task list to track action items from all projects on one page to ensure timely followup.

          I got a new job and wanted a new notebook to use to take notes in. While I really do like that I can add other things to the one notebook (calendar sheets, folders, etc)... The notebook itself is getting on my nerves. I can't even turn the pages without them falling off the binding. A new concept needs to be invented to help with this issue.

              The notebook is a 9 3/8 by 11 1/4 but the restock paper is 8 by 11, is there a reason for this? or is the paper inside the note book originally 8 by 11? Also how thick is the cover, does it bend easily?

                The pages are 8 1/2 by 11 but the binder looks like it was made large enough for dividers and other accessories to stay within the binder. The cover is less than 1/8" thick, durable, and water resistant. I like the one I have.
