an asset for this book would be a hole puncher that could be used to add sheets/ reports. The one that is available is for the larger book. While it could be used for this one, it's cumbersome. This is my fourth purchase of this notebook. I've used it professionally and as gifts. It was a nice professional gift for co workers at Christmas. I saw the calendar journal in navy blue. I'd like that to be offered for the journal too. It would be something I would purchase. The lighter colors don't look as professional

I bought one of these for school to keep track of student test results and progress. Then I bought one for Church to organize lessons, presidency meetings, and personal progress. I have just bought another to organize my short and long range goals. I love these notebooks. I can arrange the variety of pages to make each of my notebooks perfect for the job I want it to do. Nice thick pages make it possible to use fountain pens and felt tip pens with no bleeding through.

The biggest benefit of the arc notebook system is being able to easily add/remove and rearrange pages without having to deal with opening and closing traditional ring binders. This was given to my spouse who uses it regularly. We almost immediately opted to move up to the larger size rings (I believe 1") because we saw that the pages along with the zip pockets quickly began to fill the notebook. I'd recommend this as a great upgrade to anyone who's looking for a notebook. Great product.

Intrigued by the Circa system I wasn't going to gamble on it for their prices. 10 Mos. ago I saw this Notebook in the Store.

10 Mos. Later. I have found this to be the most efficent notebook ever. Using the Franklin system for 20+ years this was much simpler. It is so easy to rearrange items to were you need it. The system is so flexible and notes and memos can be assembled together so easily for meetings if needed. Fumbling thought folders and pager to find items is unproductive and have it all together aids in moving things along.

At this price I would recommend two notebooks. One for storage and the other for daily use

I also have the junior size for a journal. Moleskine is nice but if I have a ideal or though they can now be grouped together with ease.

The quality of the notebook is pretty darn good for the price. The stiching has held up and the leather still very attractive.

Ideally to have everything on your phone or Outlook would be nice but phones crash, and so do servers. It is always best to have a hard back up and this is it.

I would recommend buying to punch as well. The notebooks and punch are less than the cheapest leather Circa Notebook. Some index cards too; which I use as a pocket jotter/PDA.
