These notebooks are very professional looking and are incredibly efficient tools for organizing one's written work. Further, the Arc System components offer exceptional quality and value over similar products in the marketplace. However, in order to be truly useful to to consumer and competitive, the line must be expanded quickly to offer accessories like paper punches, zippered pouches and additional paper options.

I am blown away at how much I love these. I started with this leather-bound notebook because I attend a lot of conferences, and need to be able to take notes in different sections easily. What I've discovered is even better than I'd hoped. The quality is great, and it's so much more satisfying and appealing than a big loud pinch-your-fingers notebook.

Now I've gone back and gotten another notebook with a plastic cover that I'll use for my daily notes, and the bigger rings to turn my leather book into a repository for all of my ideas and notes about several different businesses I have. The dividers are great to organize that.

Things I love: The colors and aesthetics make me want to use them. The paper quality is fantastic, easy to write on. The versatility of being able to easily move things without wrangling metal notebook rings. It just feels good!

This I'd like to see: Please add a calendar page, a punch so we can punch the right holes to add other sheets of paper into the book, and a plastic sheet with pockets for more pens and notes. Plain white pages would be good too.

I was looking for a system like Levenger's Circa, but did not want to spend an outrageous amount of money on one. Could not find anything even vaguely similar - most things weren't flexible enough, weren't the right size, or were just too expensive. I finally remembered that Staples had a system and looked it up online. Based on what I saw, I thought it might be exactly what I wanted. I went into a retail location and found it to be exactly what I was looking for. It was perfect, and so much affordable than the only other product I was considering. The only issue is that the hole punch is very expensive - it was more than the system and initial accessories I'd bought combined! Overall, this system is a very good value and nine months later, I am still very pleased with this purchase.

Love: Only calendar product with paper thick enough that a sharpie won't bleed through. Very high quality, without a high price. Easy to move a single page to a different place. Love it.

Hate: This should come loaded with 1.5 inch circle thingies. Soon as I got the calendar pages in the small circles, it was obvious I needed bigger circles. Bought them. Broke one leather cover tab trying to put big circles on. Then calendar tabs tore with transferring the paper. REbought calendar. REbought cover.

This product should be sold with the calendar in the 1.5 inch circle binder. You must have the 1.5 circles to make the organizer work. And you DO NOT want to fool around trying to put calendar pages into this beast. They tear, bend, etc. The calendar should come loaded in the 1.5 inch binder.

This really makes me mad: There are no instructions or tips on the best way to transfer paper -- which you will discover is one tedious sheet at a time. I tore stuff and bended and broke a lot of tabs before I discoverd this. Basically had to buy the thing twice and I still ended up with a broken cover tab. Hate that.

So far I have purchased three of these binders.

They work great.

I have one fitted as my main planner with monthly calendar.

The second I carry for note taking.

The third is for archiving my old notes.

I refitted the planner with the 1 1/2 inch discs to maximize planner options.
I would like to find 2 inch discs to make it even larger.

The second, I have kept the original 3/4 inch discs to keep it thin and versatile.

The third I will probably have to expand it as well so that I can keep all my archival notes.
It will eventually be maxed out and will probably buy another one by then.

The price of these folders are reasonable .
They have stiff covers so that note-taking is easy.

The only downside is the limited color variety.
I would like to find them in crimson red and a navy blue.

I also purchased a punch so I could add my own papers to my planner.

I could not find any address pages, so right now I print out my own and punch them.

I started using Levenger and came across the ARC System with Staples. Love this Notebook and the entire ARC System. Much cheaper than Levenger and great quality.
