I use the Arc system as a way to organize my notes from workshops I attend, workshops I give, classes I teach, and interactions I have with supervisors. The paper is not too think (I think Levenger's paper for their similar Circa system is more like card stock) and the size of the rules are just right for my writing. I get questions all the time from people who ask where I purchased the Arc system, so Staples gets alot of referrals from me! I had used the Levenger system before (and the parts of each are interchangeable) but the quality of Arc and the cost made me switch to Arc. Plus, Staples continues to add to their Arc components.

I have bought so many parts of the arc system. It is well priced, very useful, and helps me when I am taking notes at a meeting, during a class, or keeping track of to do lists. I hope more elements of arc are forthcoming. And I would certainly appreciate a sale on covers!

Using the ARC system and the variety of paper options it offers has made it much easier for me to keep track of my projects. I am able to keep all my notes in one binder.

The design of the paper allows for them to be quickly and easily rearranged. I've had to do this as projects have become more broken down and I've created new tabs in my binder. This system prevents me from having to re-write notes as I can easily just move them to another tab.

The lines are wide enough for easy writing, but still give plenty of space on each page for detailed notes.

The pre-cut refills perfectly fit the binder system and go in very easily. I was originally a little concerned that the binder system would not hold up under daily use, and that the pages would fall away from the rings. Happily, I find that on the contrary, the system stays together very well even as I drop it into and retrieve it from my backpack, and open it flat. The closed-ring system also does not catch on anything else in my bag, so it's very easy to handle. Finally, the convenience of being able to add and remove pages with no mess is great!

I started using the Staples ARC system over a year ago. Instead of continually buying spiral notebooks for my daily work notes, I saw the ARC system and decided to give it a try.

This allows me to have several covers, which I fill with pages as I go along. I use the smaller size, but the bigger rings. That way, I have several months of notes in one bound cover, and a smaller amount of pages in the notebook that I use on a daily basis.

They all are the same size, same style and are easy to keep organized. The system has worked well for me during this time frame. Pages are easy to move around from cover to cover.
