Good Economical Unit

Nice economical unit. If price is important then this is a great unit, a little flimsy but great for the price. I would not recommend for heavy use.

I also have the corresponding HON model, which costs more. The main problem is fit and finish. The surfaces are is not perfectly smooth, the side is slightly bowed, the drawers not perfectly flush when closed and drawers do not open as smoothly as HON. Given the lack of manufacturer's name plate, I would guess that these are units from another brand that did not pass final inspection. The saving is worth the minor defects. Note: the 30" model is easier to get through a door. They hold more than a standard bookcase and look better as furniture than you might think.

The drawers don't close properly, in fact one drawer opens and remains open if it isn't in the locked position. The key must be removed to engage the lock

When you buy it, they don't tell you that you cannot open a drawer while another one is open unless you open them simultaneously. The first day I had it, I thought it was broken, but then I realized that this is probably an anti-tip feature. I am very happy with the cabinet. It is spacious and looks good.
