Terrible. Idiotic design, and the instructions are nearly unreadable and what is readable is nonsensical. Files drag on bottom of drawer, and moving them causes these rails to pop out of place, making the files fall. There must be a better product out there somewhere.

I really dont like this product it was a waste of money, i couldnt get it installed and when i figured out what it was for i didnt even need it. so its shoved in the bottom of the cabinet.
