Our company has purchased and used these pens for several years on our reception desks. We ordered some a few months ago that seemed to run out quickly, within a week of opening. Our most recent batch of two new pens (just purchased) failed to write on the same or next day we opened the package. This is a total waste of money.

We bought these pens for work stations because we wanted to have pens of specific ink color (blue and black) at each station. The inks run out quickly. The cartridges can get pushed back in the pen, requiring that a wad of paper be inserted to reposition them. Worse is that the baseplates loosen and the bottom screw cannot be tightened without removing the adhesive to get at the bottom of the plate. All 20 fell apart and were unfixable after 2 months.
