We are a non-profit organization and we have four of these cash boxes and thinking about buying a fifth one. We use them at our annual event and last year processed 1000 people and $10,000 using the four boxes. Only way to handle large volumes of money. Could not do it without the money clips. Also handy for taking the money to the bank for deposit. We have fooled around with other boxes that have only trays, but the money clips are the only way to go if handling large amounts of paper currency.

      The springs on the Bill holders are too weak to hold the money in place. In order to get bills out, you flash all the cash you have because you have to lay the lid down or risk all the bills falling out.

          I've had this cash box for two days and I am already having trouble with the combination lock. I had to pass it around to a few of my coworkers to help me open it as the numbers you turn to change the combination are stuck. I would not recommend this cash box to anyone because the problems with the lock virtually make it useless.

                  I purchased this box to organize and secure my change at craft shows. It was easy to setup the personal combination and worked fine until it was loaded with cash and change. Then the front of the unit buckled in almost imperceptibly, jamming the lock's rollers so that we could not open it. Soon we figured out why this didn't matter. If you get a good grip on either side of the opening you can force it open with your hands. If you have a choice between this and a lunch box, go with the lunch box.
