The part of the pen that contains the ink was coming out of the pen and would not go back in. So, the pen was broken and I had to cut it off the string and tape another on. The clip is totally not strong to hold any papers in it. I need to hang it on a door[for people to sign up on], so now need to reinforce it with a binder clip in order to keep the papers from falling out. It's flimsy design makes it impossible to use without help.

I like the product, but have not been able to find replacement ink, standard ball point refills do not fit.

Our truckers have to sign tickets with it all day. Pen itdelf only lasted one day, now we can't find refills for it.

Read the ratings on the Van Nuys store, walked in and needed help, two employees talking to each other about personal life..ignored me, then Rudy walked up and assisted us with all our needs and then some!! We go back on a regular basis and Rudy is always there and excellent help with good knowledge to assist our purchase decisions!! Give Rudy a raise!!!

Pen was broken on one and the other has already stopped writing had to replace both pens with Bic pens other than that good clip board.
