        The associate rang this product up two times in error which made the transaction to go way over the amount of the rewards. When the product was taken off we still had a charge on our Credit card and two rewards coupons.Our total should have been close to zero. The associates error and because of the crazy way the store does returns caused our visa to have a charge on it and we didn't get the full amount refunded back on to it. I think there should be a way to fully refund the customer when the return/exchange is not the customers fault. This is an advantage to the store, because now I need to spend more at Staples so I don't lose the rewards money that should have gone back onto my visa.
