The interface looks all pretty but the navigation is hard to get around and when you search for music to listen to it will take forever just for 177 music files. There is no list of music by album, artist, and no ways to easily find your favorite music. There is no go list or even any way to find your favorite music. Navigation is definitely confusing and there is poor amount of real setting controls.

I like the music quality, and the video player but the whole navigation needs a overhaul. If the navigation and music selection system was better on it then I would definitely keep it instead of wanting my money back.

The settings change back to original when you shut the device off, and some of the sort/ shuffle/ replay features are limited. Overall for the price and storage features decent and workable solutions. I use it for dictating notes for future reference and ease

This was not only complicated for me but I had my sister try to set it up who is really knowledgeable in this area and she couldn't even figure it out. Plan to return it!

  Only an ipod will syn directly with itunes. To use music from your itunes with this mp3 player you must save the song in an mp3 format (if not already) to your hard drive or another storage drive before you can add it to this mp3 player.
