    The MP# player was satisfactory but the imbeded software insisted on reading the entire memory every time one accessed the unit and it was difficult to do simple drag and drop of files to and from the unit.

        Horribly designed produce. No shuffle setting. Only way to navigate tracks is to click the next track button repeatedly. Battery dies out before you can get thru half the tracks.

          Some of the other reviews had me worried, but I wanted an inexpensive digital voice recorder that would also let me easily save the recordings on my Mac, and the specs and features of this unit were too good to pass up without trying it out. I'm glad I did. I don't care that it is an MP3 player, just that it does a good job recording and file transfer is easy. The fact that the battery can be recharged via the USB port on my computer is another neat feature. The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired, but if one experiments with the unit a bit, one can fill in the gaps. (PS: Charge the unit right away before trying to use it.)

          Super slow to load music. Controls are not intuitive at all. Cannot charge battery and listen to music at the same time. When you turn unit off, it doesn't resume where you left off. For ten dollars more you can get the San Disk Sansa Clip.
