      POOR! This represents the 2nd time I returned it. The 1st time it was missing the cable and Staples took care of it. After I sent it up it performed very poorly. I printed out the user manual (all 33+ pages of it), followed all the instructions. pressed all the right buttons. and still it doesn't work as advertised.Even the battery doesn't work right. I charged the bvattery for several hours, it indicated it was done charging and the very next day, after it was off and barely used it went to recharging again for hours.

          I bought two different models from staples. THe other model was smaller almost a mini of this one but different company. I like the smaller cheaper one better then this one. If hard drive size inst the issue the cheaper product was better as far as functionality. Louder, smaller, but a little bulky looking nevertheless better.
