We goes through these like water for our mental health patients. Glad there is no photo capabilities, which they can't have. Hope they don't stop making them.
I was disappointed when I first opened the package because the instructions for start up were very vague. I had to go on line to find the website which was not an easy task. After about thirty minutes of searching I finally found the site. Next I had to determine what type of device this was. Again after scrolling up and down I finally found it. I had to make a tweleve page print-out of the device which I found that some pages were not printable. I finally called the company and received addition information o n the device, and not simple matter at that. I have itones stored in my computer. I treid downloading about 100 songs on my first attempt without sucess. I rread over the instructions again and tried downloading another group of songs, again no sucess. I thought perhaps there was something wrong with the device so I got in my car and returne to the store (Staples) to speak with a technican. He said it should work, I assured him that on my amany attempts it didn't. The sales person gave me another device to try. I returned to my computer, plugged the unit in and this time I waite over an hour to make sure the device was charged properly. I then again tried to sown load songs from itone and again it failed. I called my gradson who knows a lot about music players and he informed me that the MP3 device will not work with itones, it will work only with microsoft media player. I had some songs on the medai player and I was sucessful down loadoing those songs but couldn't down load the songs that I preferred on my itones. I relucklently returned the MP3 player to staples for a cash return and was extremely disappo nted with the whole affair. With all the exercise that I went thru it was quite an expensive adventure so say the least. I wnte to buy another device known as apple shuffle from Staples but they don't carry the apple brand.
