This product worked fine for a few days. Then when attempting to open the program, it gets to the loading media pool stage and abruptly stops loading. I cannot open the program. I uninstalled & re-installed it several times without success. I registered the product and upon contacting technical support, I was told that if I wanted technical support over the phone I would have to pay for it. (which there is no mention of when the product is purchased) I tried online support to no avail. I am basically stuck with a product I cannot even use. My opinion is this product stinks, and business wise, they appear to be somewhat shady. Stay away from this product.

This is a very well rounded video editor that is NOT confusing and does NOT make you jump through endless hoops to achieve superiour results. I have used a great many editors in my time, but this one has hands down made everything else seem silly by comparison. Chroma-key effects, Piciture In Picture, and what seems an endless supply of tracks for video, photo, texts, effects, and audio... Start here if you are looking for a video editor... you will not be let down.

Q:
I am looking for software that can edit movie clips. I recently purchased Roxio 2012 and am very unhappy with the results. I continue getting a videowave error message and it shuts my production down. I'm willing to take the loss and purchase another software program, but I don't want to run across the same issue. I have done everything their support has said to do and it still does not work. I am operating on Windows 7 and before I purchase your product, I want to be assured that it will work the way it is supposed to.

  Yes, this software will burn both music and pictures to DVD or Blu-ray discs. A Blu-ray drive is only required if you would like to write to Blu-ray media (not a system requirement to run the program).
