I have read a lot of bad reviews about this TP but I don't understand why. It may not be the PLUSHEST, LUXURY Cloth-like TP, but it's great for what it is! I've never really contemplated the quality of my TP much before this and I feel GOOD knowing I might be helping out the environment (even if just a little) from buying this paper. It's not that "rough" or "thin" it's actually moderate thickness and softness.
For something as silly as TP, you don't need a luxury - just a nice quality that "gets the job done". I'm happy with this bath tissue and will continue to purchase it as long as I can.

I think you need to put more paper on the roll. You are selling a recycled product. Consumers that purchase the rpoduct want to see maximum use of any product. The large cardboard roll should be smaller for the number of sheets of toilet paper it holds. This would allow you to make the overall package smaller which may allow you to use a samller box for shipping!
Comments about Marcal Small Steps 100% Recycled Bath Tissue Rolls, 2-Ply, 24 Rolls/Case:
This purchase was a disaster. There is so little on a roll, it got to the point of being more efficient to pile up several rolls on the back of the toilet, rather than put it on the rack. By the time you put it on the rack, it seemed it was gone- and then there seemed to be a bunch of empty rolls and no paper. Hardly green, if you have two visits per roll, and a bunch of cardboard kicking around. There is also a LOT of air between the roll and the paper - which is a deceptive practice. And worse yet, the rolls were double wrapped in plastic, so there was just as much plastic as paper. That isn't eco-friendly at all. I won't be ordering this again, and do believe Staples should think twice about whther this is a product you want to carry. There are different packages tat show up in supermarkets where buyers can see it, and the rolls have much more on it, ofr the same price or less.

Seriously, 2-person family and a roll last just a little over a day? How's that savings? A 50-cent roll from a certain other brand lasts well over a week!
Comments about Marcal Small Steps 100% Recycled Bath Tissue Rolls, 2-Ply, 24 Rolls/Case:
Don't be fooled by this product being 'made from recycled material' as its quality compares or exceeds most any other conventional, bleached, non-environmentally responsible, loaded with synthetic chemicals tissue.
This is on the page under "Product Details" very first line "168 Sheets per roll"

Q:
Is there any way to get a rain check on this deal? I live about two hours away from the nearest staples and I work all day and won't be able to go to the store to see if they have any in stock, and you're already sold out online.
The offer was listed as 'While Supplies Last'. It was pretty clear. I think this section is supposed to be for actual product questions though. Not something about an offer of the week.
