Nice and comfy

I really like how the chair compliments my office area in my den.i was looking for a nice chair to compliment my decor what I didn't expect was the comfort and sturdiness of this chair.. Recommend it . The only thing is the manufactures need better instructions they told me to screw in 2 screws that don't have openings..

Poor Manufacturing

The manufacturer Whalen out of San Deigo, California needs to get their Quality Control department in gear. We got this chair, desk and file cabinet and had to call them back for defective parts on all three. On this chair someone forgot to drill the necessary holes in the seat cushion so you could screw it all together. Staples is great...they need to get rid of vendors like these. Martha Stewart??? I don't think so.

The chair looks good and fabric appears to be of decent quality. The problem is in the padding. There is very little padding in the seat (you can feel the frame) and NO padding in the back whatsoever. I called the manufacturer, they sent a replacement, but it was the very same. Very poor quality. I expected more from a Martha Stewart collection. I also expected more from Staples.
