I love the size, quality and amenities! The covered desk top area with lid toward the back is an excellent idea!!! It has power recepticles and USB ports built right in the desk to save on wire clutter. My only complaint is that there aren't more pieces to this collection. I would have liked a computer cabinet, stand and chair to match. :-)

Inspect, inspect, inspect, inspect

Great looking desk. Got it home and started assembly. Due to how they ask you to assemble, The desk top remains face down. Once assembled I noticed the corner was damaged, looks like it got hit pretty hard. I called staples and they directed me to the manufacturer instead of returning. Very pleased with the customer service. They sent me out a new top right away. But unfortunately, I need to completely disassemble the old desk; drawers, sliders, usb and power hub, hinges, etc. Going to try and push staples to take this back again. I shouldn't have to hire a contractor to disassemble and rebuild this desk. Especially not at this price point.

I am very pleased and satisfied with my purchase. I have been looking for a desk for the last year, and I hadn't much luck finding one so I was very happy when I came across this one at your store. The price was a little more than we wanted to spend, but just visited your store this weekend, and discovered the desk has gone on sale. So, I inquired before leaving the store if I could get an adjustment on my purchase, since it has only been 2 weeks since my purchase. The young man said I could bring in my receipt and receive a price match. So, I quickly went home found and picked up my receipt and went back to the store, and I received my price match credit. It is so easy-no fuss. Really appreciate the great service I received. Thanks!

Took about an hour to assemble first desk. Took only 20 minutes to assemble the second desk. Purchased both on sale and had coupons on top of that. We have two desks and two matching file cabinets. They look great. File cabinets are a bit pricey and are hard to find on sale, the desk seems to be on sale every month. Quality is great for furniture that needs assembled. I added a high quality wood glue to make sure furniture stays high quality.

Love the desk. Manufacturer goofed when they placed an 'almost-impossible-to-remove' sticker on a visible panel. There were a few dings in wood but touch-up pen was provided.

Bought this desk on sale in the store. Customer service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the desk, and it was not difficult to put together. An added nice feature is the enclosed outlet area through the top of the desk which makes it easy to plug in computer. Very happpy with this purchase!
