      purchased 2. Students can adjust the height. The chair swivels and
      is on wheels so I can easily turn to reach various equipment and
      music. The large flat seat is comfortable and supports a bassoon
      seat strap easily.

          This chair was purchased for me as a Christmas gift. I absoultly love it. Its classic stylish design make it look nice, while the sturdy construction and padding make it extremely comfortable. It does have a lever to raise or lower the seat as well as a knob underneath to make it able to tilt. You can choose which is better suited for your needs, straight up and ridgid or flexible and able to rock. I personally do alot of research and reading ont he computer as well as some online classes I find that being able to recline when reading for a long time makes it much more comfortable. I have had other chairs the would recline or rock but when I wanted to sit straight up the chair felt unstable that is NOT the case with this chair. A great chair, very well built for a great price! Also personally I love that it does not have arms! Thansk Staples for once again having exactly what I wanted!!!

                Just bought the chair, but found the cushion very hard, the foam very dense. The comments seem to indicate that others find the seat comfortable. I'm wondering if I got a bad chair or if it will soon soften up. The foam on the back is comfy. Thanks!
