I'm a stay at home mom and I go through a lot of notebooks, I saw this one and thought it was a great idea, no more throwing away a used notebook and starting over !
However, once you add a couple of dividers, and a pocket, or one of those handy to do pads, the poor notebook is waaaay over stuffed and won't close. So I purchased the larger 1.5 in discs (an additional $4.99) which are just that bit too big, and the paper doesn't move as smoothly on them.
I really think to make this a very usable product, the discs that come with it should be 1 or 1.25in. All you need to do is put a couple of things in the notebook before it's just too big to close and you have to spend another $4.99, not cool.
Please fix this Staples/Martha ! Otherwise for staying organized, it's a top idea !

Very surprised at the value price. I always expect quality from Martha Stewart, I just didn't expect the lower price.

The Martha Stewart Home Office with Avery Discbound Notebook is super cute. It is more of a Tiffany blue color than just blue. It is about the size of an ipad to give you some kind of reference. It is very durable (which is why I bought it because I would like to use it for more than one year). It also has the band that you can pull around it to keep it closed. It has a flap to put folded up documents in and four slots for business cards or smaller items on the inside of the front cover. It also came with one clear sleeve folder that you could fold an 8 1/2x11 sheet once and place in the folder. I bought the calendar insert and the task pad to go in it. I took out most of the notes pages so it would all fit and will add them in when I need it. I also only have a few task pad sheets in my calendar at a time. Once I discard a task pad sheet I add a new one in so my organizer doesn't get too full. I love it!

This binder is great. It's the perfect size, not too big or too small, It fits right in my bag but doesn't take up too much space. Helps keep everything organized. I love how many options it comes with to add to the binder. The quality is great, I would definitely recommend this binder/ organizer to others and plan on buying more accessories myself.

The notebook comes with ruled pages, but I wanted to insert the calendar, too. In order to do that, I had to remove the existing rings and insert the larger rings to accommodate the additional pages. To remove the old ones and insert the new ones is a very frustrating job. If I had known beforehand how difficult it was to remove/replace the rings, I would never have purchased the book. Too expensive to do what I had to do.
