I used a rollerball pen to write on these labels and ruined the first 5 with smudges. I let the ink dry for a half hour on the rest. I don't know how well these would work on an item that might get wet.

I use the Oval Kitchen Labels on my canning jars. I love the versatility of either printing them from my computer or hand writing them. They make my pantry look neat and organized!
